Scaling social with AKQA

Thursday saw me once again back at AKQA for a Tech Insight, this time in Berlin. Was good to see the old gang again and get together for a chat about Conversational Intelligence.

First up was Ollie Cox from IBM talking about Bluemix, what it is, what it isn't and how it works. Then I introduced a few concepts with regard to how this could be used to scale social teams and demoed the last piece of work I did for AKQA back at the start of the year.

Then we had an informal Q&A session. Was a great evening!
