I've resolved to move all of my stuff from Windows hosted to Linux. http://freek.in is now running on Node, and I'm currently porting Freakcity/Quotebot to Node as well.

Considering I've done next to no optimisations on this new Dev version, I'm pretty impressed with the performance so far.

I suspect this project may take me a little while to complete, but I also suspect I'll end up being ExpressJS level: Ninja by the end of it :)

Original tech stack (10+ years ago):
IIS/ASP/JET Access DB

Intermediary tech stack (currently live)
Apache/IIS/ASP/C#/MySQL

New tech stack:
Apache/Node/ExpressJS/MySQL

I'm trialling http://stridercd.com/ as my CI/CD environment. It's very new but more or less works, which makes me happy :)
